Common questions
Do you provide certification?
No. Certification is issued by accredited bodies against defined standards. We do not hold or issue certifications, and we will tell you when a question needs one.
Do you use AI or monitoring software?
Not today. Our work is method and evidence, carried out with your own operational data. If that changes, we will describe what the system is and what it measures.
Can you guarantee a reduction percentage?
No. A figure promised before anyone has examined your material streams was not derived from them. We scope the work, then measure.
How long does an engagement take?
An audit is typically four to six weeks, a single stream map two to three. Both depend on site access and how much data already exists.
What do we need to prepare?
Twelve months of waste contractor invoices with line items, a site plan, production data for the same period, and a list of what has already been tried.
Do you work with our existing contractor?
Yes. Much of the useful evidence sits with them, and improving the brief you give them is often the cheapest change available.
