Systems behind the outcome
ezero-waste is a consultancy focused on material flows. We look at where materials go inside an operation, what can be evidenced, and which change is worth making first. The work is deliberately unglamorous: walking a route backwards from a container to every point that fills it, reading twelve months of invoices line by line, and asking what was already tried and why it stopped.
What we are not
We are not a technology vendor. We operate no monitoring platform and hold no certifications. Saying so costs us nothing, because the method does not depend on either. Where a question genuinely requires accredited certification, we will say so and point you to the body that issues it.
On the word zero
Zero describes the ambition in our name. Any measured result still carries its own scope, method and evidence, and we will not attach a number to your operation before we have measured it with you.
